EMBARC INDIA is an online Indian registry of broncheictasis working in collaboration with European Broncheictasis Registry. The registry is being run by Respiratory Research Network India (RRNI), an initiative of Chest Research Foundation, Pune.


To create the Indian registry of broncheictasis in order to improvise quality of patient care through research and knowledge generation


 EMBARC (the European Multicentre Bronchiectasis Audit and Research Collaboration) was established in 2012 through the European Respiratory Society to facilitate multidisciplinary collaborative research in non-CF bronchiectasis across Europe.

RRNI was established in 2012, with a vision to unite experts in the field of respiratory medicine and research and serve as a virtual destination to support national and international research initiatives in effective respiratory disease prevention and intervention. The Research Coordination Centre (RCC) for RRNI is based at Chest Research Foundation, Pune.
